The main goal of this project - to train a generation of young political leaders in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina to actively contribute to the processes of reconciliation within their own states and amongst the three states – is to be achieved in three successive stages: through meetings/seminars/ workshops with the selected target group in three settings: (1) Belgrade, (2) Zagreb, and (3) Sarajevo. The target group are young political leaders (members of youth sections of the main political parties) from Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
