PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT TOWARDS WOMEN

Women still hold an inferior status in Serbian society. The research data continually show many aspects of discrimination and harassment of women. The forms of discrimination and harassment are various. CPDD intends to outline the Law model on prohibition of discrimination and harassment towards women (in office, in family, sexual violations and harassment and any other form of discrimination and harassment in any other situation), to present it and discus with related professionals, and to advocate the Law’s adoption.
